This was also a cake made during the Valentines weekend for another coworker. This was my first time attempting a tiered cake. I did a lot of researching and figured how to work with wooden dowels to hold up the cake. By looking at the cake design, you could tell I was a beginner. The cake and the design was not perfected.
This is another beginner's cake. This one was done for another coworker of mine. It was his wife's birthday, so I volunteered to make him a cake.
